Think I just need the plastic piece connecting the spring to the window.
Also need the top of the window locking the window to the frame.
I don't know the manufacturer.
Can you help with the right parts?

Hey Ron. The T-Lock Shoe looks like our 15-195B 1-1/4" Open Cam shoe. Please compare. For the tilt latch, I am confident we can help, but if you could remove one and show it to us from a few different angles, that will help narrow down your options. Many thanks.

Thanks Bob, think you nailed it on the T-Lock.

I've attached pics of the tilt latch.
They look the same but my original looks to be smaller.
Top is 2 3/8 as is the slot in the window it goes into.
Height is 1/2
Latch is 6/16 (tape measure so it might be off a little), spring loaded.
