We should be able to assist, but to further review, are you able to provide the length of the metal channel only and the width of the T-lock shoe? Please also confirm if the balance installs at the top with a hook or screw in clip. From there we can get a better idea of a possible replacement option. Thank you! 

The balance can be removed by pulling it towards you and then twisting the shoe out.
