Springs failed

Looking for replacement springs. Can't locate manufacturer. New in 2005

Hello there. This is a 15-191 Pivot Shoe. It works with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil balances, or the 3/8" thick Series 165 springs. Measure the thickness of your old springs to determine which kind you need. Let me know if you have further questions about any of this hardware.
