33" spring/sash has detached from window and the plastic pulley that is attached to spring is broken. I do not know how it is attached to the window. Does the whole assembly come as a kit or do I just replace the broken pieces?
If whole assembly what is the part number?

We'd eb happy to look into this for you but, unfortunately, your balance is too damaged to identify. If you could show us an undamaged version removed from the other side or an identical window, as well as confirm how the assembly attaches to the top and bottom of the window jamb, that would help us narrow down your options. There should also be numbers stamped on the metal balance channel, which we'll need to determine the corresponding strength option for your replacement balances. Thank you!
