My lock lever broke. My mounting bolts are 4 inches apart, which surprised the Swisco help agent I spoke to.
He put me in touch with the parts research experts.

Thanks for posting! We do not have a direct replacement for the handle set you have here but there is a chance our 82-030A Centered Keyed Handle Set could work to replace it. The distance between the installation holes for this handle is 3-15/16".
