Thanks for reaching out to us! The drawer slides you have here appear to be an older style. Unfortunately, we do not have a direct replacement match for them and I am not confident that the slides we do have would work as a suitable replacement alternative.

The longest slide we have is our 32-062 23-5/8" Self-Closing Drawer Slide Pair, which has a 3/4" extension. Take a look and see if this could possibly work for your repairs. You'll first need to make sure your existing slides can be removed. Also, keep in mind you may need to use a socket like the 32-139 Rear Mounting Bracket Pair install this.

Installing either piece of hardware is likely to require drilling new installation holes.
