Stainless Steel Replacement for Truth 31761A

Question

My Truth door rollers are 12+ years old, and barely roll. Can I replace them with your stainless steel 81-149 rollers? Will your rollers fit exactly?

Once these are installed, it appears to be impossible to lubricate them, other than by taking down the (VERY HEAVY!) door. Any suggestions? Should they ever need to have the bearings re-oiled?

I believe the 81-149 matches the Truth #3176A, but the best way to be 100% sure is to carefully compare our pictures and dimensions to your own hardware. If they differ in any way, let me know how. They are lubricated when assembled, but if you are concerned you can always lubricate before installation.
