Stainless steel Tandem patio door roller

Question

Doors installed in 1996 by patio enclosures along with a sunroom the roller assembly housing is 5/8 inches wide by 1 inch tall and 3 inches long the stainless wheels are 1 1/2 inches in diameter the mounting hole is 1 1/16 inches from the end of the assembly. The closest product code that I found is 81-163

Thanks for writing in. This roller is tricky for a number of reasons. Height and width of the housing must match, so I don't think the 81-163 is going to cut it. It's too high. The closest matches based on dimension to me are our 81-158, which is 1" high and 11/16" wide, or maybe the 81-155, which is 1-1/32" high (still a non-trivial difference, but very close, so double-check your dimensions) and 11/16" wide. Both have wheels that are 1-1/4" in diameter, but they could be adjusted to make up the difference. The issue is both are slightly different styles, one with an open top, the other without; your seems to have a closed top, despite being open on the sides, so I'd check out both and see if either might work. Neither seem to be an exact match, but they are I believe our closest options.
