I need advice on ordering the correct channel balances.
My channel balance is 28 inches long (w/out end pieces) and has a stamp 2790
and a DL 30.

See either our S351-28 or S390-28. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, so compare both with your old balance to determine the best match. Your stamp option of 2790 is from an older rating system we don't use. The best thing to do would be to weigh your window sash, and match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed with each stamp option on the product page.
