Stamp Option ending in 9?

I think I have the right channel balance (cb) for my window: S380-20 but I cannot find the sash option. The cb is stamped: 19-9 26# FL Caldwell

Thanks for writing in. This is an uncommon issue. Stamp codes ending in 9 are from an older rating system that we do not use. The best way to know what stamp option you need to select is to weigh your window sash. You can then match that exact weight with one of the weight ranges listed alongside each stamp option on the product page. Let me know if you have any other questions.
