Stamp on Window Balance

Question

I have picked the correct balance (27" Series 380 Channel Balance Product Code: S380-27)for my windows; however, the stamp on my old balance does not match any stamp options listed on this website. The stamp listed on the old balance is "26 5 IR Caldwell". Please advise which option I should pick when I order the balances.

A stamp of "26 5" usually corresponds to our 2650 option, but you can always weigh your sash to confirm. We have a chart on the S380-27 store page that shows how much weight each stamp can support.
