Stamp on my window balance

I have a house built in 1991. Of the 11 windows, 10 have bad balances or missing altogether by previous owner. I took one of the and the only stamp was "a 29-1". I can't find a match. I will need 10 pairs.

Here are the photos you requested. There are some windows that are the same height but a bit wider. Does that make a difference?

I found out that the wider windows had the same style balance but the stamp was 29-3 a instead of 29-1.
