Stamp option on channel balance

I have an old Pennco single hung aluminum window. The channel balance is stamped 21B. Which stamp option (weight range) should I order?

Hello,

In many cases, a 21B stamp would correlate to a 2120 spring strength option. That being said, we would need to see a photo of an undamaged balance removed from the window to confirm the correct replacement since the stamp only indicates the spring strength and not the series. Thank you!
