Stamp options for spring balance

A home owner from Florida says:
Can you help me order the correct stamp options for a 13" channel balance for a PGT window.
This is a small window in a bathroom, it's 24" high X 36" wide. Do I need the 1210, 1220, 1230 or 1240? Enclosed is a photo of what is stamped on the current channel balance.

Thank you.

Based on your stamp, your balance should be 12" long, not 13". I would remeasure. If you are certain you have a 13" long balance, I would weigh your sash on a scale to confirm the best option. It also looks like your bottom shoe has no wings, while the bottom shoe of the S385-13 does have wings. I don't think the Series 385 is right, either. I would double check.

If your balance is 12" long, it will need to be custom made. We would need you to confirm your Series before we begin. I will also need to know how many you need.
