Stamp says 32 4 B.S.I.

I measured and the metal bar is 32" long. We have Mill Guard windows. I'm not sure of what weight I should get and I don't see any markings that indicate what the other channel that is working is.

Any input you can give is appreciated. I want to order and get the right one the first time so as not need to return and buy again.

Thanks for sending those pictures of your channel balance. I do need to see more photos, however. Can you send pictures of both ends of the balance? The first set of pictures only show one end.

Ah, I see. This is a special type of balance that will need to be custom made. We actually have almost everything we need, but we just need a bit more information. Can you show me a picture of the metal clip at the end of the cord? Can you also tell me how many you need?

I know I need one. However, depending on the cost it probably makes sense to order two so I have a spare.

Let me know the cost and what you think. The other path would be just to order one knowing that anytime I need something else I now know about you and can just order as needed.
