Need to replace a few balances on architectural aluminum windows.
Sash weight is 38lbs approximately
Window brand is Efco series 690 if that helps

I work in the maintenance department for Abington school district

Thanks for writing in! There is a chance we may be able to supply you with a replacement for your existing hardware, but I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged balance to confirm the correct replacement. I'll need to see photo of the top and bottom attachments on the balance as well as any compatible hardware that may have been left behind in the window.

The stamp will only denote the weight range a balance can hold to support the weight of the sash. Unfortunately, we would not be able to use it to identify the balance you need.
