Thanks for reaching out to us! This window balance reminds me of either the S378-30 with a 7/8" shoe or the S380-30 with a 1" shoe. You'll need to confirm the shoe's depth to determine which series is the correct replacement.

I'm not able to cross-reference the stamp on your balance with ours, unfortunately. That said, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash to select the correct stamp.
