Trying to find the correct window balancer for Florida window. Its a single hung non-tilting window. The window balance has a metal hook that attaches to a block and tackle pulley system on a spring. I believe that the plastic ends are not winged. Also, I am missing the top sash guides, which are black. Please let me know if there is any more information that you need.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S351-35 or S390-35, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

You also mentioned missing top sash guides, but it's not possible to recommend a replacement without the original as a reference. Do you have an identical window in the house that has all the same hardware?

Ive added pictures of the upper window stop. The balance is 35 inches long and 5/8" square. The plastic top part is 1-1/4" long and about 5/8" deep. The bottom plastic piece is 1-1/8 long and 1-1/16 deep. Witdth for both is rail width.
Thank you for your help.

This is a huge help, thank you! I would say our best match is the 18-009 (which is available in black). The dimensions seem to be on par with yours, but our measurements also go into a little more detail. You should look over everything just to be 100% sure they all align.
