Please help me identify this is the right side of a vertical non-tilt balancer.
It is 1/2" wide and I don't see the metal clip on the bottom. Maybe broken off
already. I did not take window out, would the left and right side be the same part number? I would like to replace both. Thanks for your help!

My window has this piece at the top. It does not look the metal clip that you push in on your tutorial video. Do I remove the screw to access the top mount? Thanks!

Hello, thanks for posting! It looks like you could have either our Series 351 or Series 390. The difference between the Series 351 and Series 390 lies in the depth of the shoe. Take a look at the picture below for more detail. Once you have determined this dimension you should be able to select the appropriate balance. As far as removing your balance, you shouldn't need to unscrew the take out clip. It looks like it should be able to come out at this point. What problems are you running into?
