9¼ long arm 7" Swivel arm and an 8" fixed arm for a 28½" casement window, i need both upper and lower sets for 5 windows, and the actiator handle. Hope you can help!

See our 36-048 10" Hinge Set. If yours is 8", I still think the 36-048 can work, so long as you replace both hinges.
