Not sure what tension I should put on the website order form for 'Options' or Slash Weight Range. See attached pics. We are looking at a 27" Series 385.

If you have the shoe shown below, pick the Series 385 balance. If your shoe is 1" instead, choose a Series 380 balance. Your metal bar should measure 27", meaning you probably do have S385-27, as long as the measurements check out.
The weight range might be "2650" to match the "26 5" on your old balance, but if you check the S385-27 webpage, you'll see that the 2650 option refers to a specific range of window sash weights. Weigh your window sash and verify that it falls within that range. Pick a different option that matches your sash weight if you find that the 2650 is not right.
