It is marked as a 1640 which I have installed myself in the past, but wanted to try Swisco. However, I don't see anything labeled as a 1640.

Hello there. Looks like you have either an S380-17 or S385-17, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. See below. Measure your old shoe to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 1640.
