Hello there. It looks like you need a new spiral balance. We can help, but we'll need a few details to narrow this down for you. First, I need the length and diameter of the outer tube, up to and not including the tip from which the spiral rod protrudes. Second, please send us a picture of that tip; it should have a certain color to it which is key for identifying the strength of the spiral balance.
