Stanek window latch

A quick learner from Palm Harbor Florida says:

I have Stanek windows that tilt in for cleaning. The left latch that locks in the window snapped off. I need to replace the little plastic corner piece. Can't find it anywhere. Have tried to contact Stanek bit they are no longer in business in my area.

Hello,

I can't tell what you might be able to use with the latch still installed but converting to a surface mounted latch will probably be a better option regardless. Take a look at the video below to view the full process. Thank you!
