I have Wheelless stanley bracket with 4217 plastic plart on iy. 2 pics are of the unbroken one. The one on desk has a broken tab. Seen anything like it? Can't find it anywhere

What you have looks like our old 23-066, which has been discontinued and is no longer available.
Take a look at our 23-093, which is the recommended replacement option for your part.
