The bottom roller assy needs replaced on both doors. Do I need to replace the track as well?

See our 23-014, this looks like a good match. If your track is still in good condition, there's no reason to replace it.

I have a broken mirror on my 64564-001 mirror closet door that measures 78"x 24".
Do you sell the replacement door with mirror? Or do you sell the replacement mirror?

Unfortunately, we don't sell replacement mirrors or doors of any kind. Your next step should be to contact a local glass and mirror shop to replace the mirror pane for you.
