Thanks for posting. My colleague Tom tells me that this is a retainer that went onto an old version of our 23-041. It is no longer made; but it's also really no longer necessary, and honestly your roller may work fine without it. If not, however, you will need to replace your entire roller assembly with the 23-041. Let us know what you think.
