Stanley Mirrored Closet Doors - Need New 92" Bottom Track

Quick Learner from Foster City, CA

Attached are pictures of the rollers and the existing track which is needed to be replaced.

The current track is 91.5 inches long. Do you have a replacement rack to fit? If so what is the part # so that I can place an order?

Thanks,

Dave

Hey Dave. Your roller appears to be an older version of our 23-041, with a convex wheel. This roller works with tracks like our 23-240. This track comes in at 48" long, but you could adjoin two of them together and then cut off the excess with a hacksaw like our 75-023A. See the diagram below that shows the tracks end profile dimensions. So long as the distance between the two rails matches your old track, I think this can work for you.

Thanks Bob! To adjoin the two tracks is any special hardware needed or do you just butt the two together?

Nope, you just butt both ends together just as you say. Since the tracks will be secured in the same way and the rails align, it shouldn't need anything else to get the job done. Let me know if you have further questions.

Hi. I need to replace the bottom track of mirrored sliding doors. The width is 82" I've attached a couple of photos. Please let me know if you can help.

I'm afraid your exact track is no longer made. The only product we sell that may work is our 23-270; this should be compatible with the same rollers, but you'll have to butt two of these shorter 47" length tracks together to make up the size you need (while cutting off the excess, of course). Due to shipping limitations, we're not able to supply an 82" long part.
