Looks like magnetic on top and side. Hinge side looks to be compression seal

This magnetic door strip reminds me of one of the seal for the 58-008 Prime Door Seal Set. Carefully look over the diagrams below to determine if this is the right fit for the door.
This set has two magnetic strips one for the header (37") and the other for the hinge side of the door (81").
