I need the top and bottom tracks for these doors. The serial number is 60921952 240823

Monarch doors use a variety of rollers, guides, and tracks. We need to see your old tracks or your old rollers/guides to help. Please send photos.

I see the top roller; it resembles the 23-222B. This is compatible with the 23-244 track. We have other lengths under different part numbers, if you need them.

As for the bottom track, we need to see the bottom roller. Seeing the track itself would be even more helpful, but do whatever is easiest.

I need the top track 23-244,but in a 72 inch length. I also need a 72 inch bottom track to match this roller. Thank you very much!

Sure thing, see our 23-246 top track and 23-242 bottom track.
