Stanley storm door

Question

I have a Stanley storm door, with the sliding window out, the problem seems to be with pictured item, they are both 26" long and one is missing what I think is part with nylon. Can you assist, thanks,

Hello, Conrad! Your balance looks very similar to our S800-26. This is a very skinny balance with a metal channel that is only 3/8" wide, so the first thing you should do is check that size to confirm. You should also ensure that both the top and bottom nylon fittings match. The bottom fitting looks fine, but I don't see your top fitting so I cannot confirm that detail.
