This looks like part of a top guide like our 23-222C. Look it over and see if you could use this as a replacement.

Thanks for clarifying. This is indeed an unusual setup, but I believe the 23-222C is still our best match. You'd need to find a way to adapt it yo your door. It's possible you may need to remove the metal housing. If you attempt this, you'd need to drill out the large metal rivet that holds the nylon fitting to the housing. Just note that if you try this, modified items cannot be returned for refunds.
