So my window can open but they dont stay open so I think these spirals thing hold the window up but I dont what they call, and these weather strip I would like to buy some

Looks like you have a typical tilt window spiral balance. With that in mind, you can use either our 3/8" diameter Series 900 or 9/16" diameter Series 600. You need to measure the diameter of the outer tube to decide on the best replacement.

As for the wool pile, the best option will also depend on size. You can see our full selection, with dimensions, here.

One last thing to note: always make sure to raise the window a couple inches before you tilt it in. If you tilt it in while it's fully closed, you risk breaking the sash, the shoes, or both.
