Steel, Stainless Steel, or Nylon 84-074 series rollers?

A handy person from Michigan says:
Is there a advantage to using any of the 84-074 series rollers? Nylon over Stainless Steel or just steel? Why offer three types with the same dimensions?

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:

Some people, like my wife, prefer using nylon rollers on screen doors. However she doesn't have to replace them; that's my job! So I normally prefer using the steel wheels because I find they last longer than nylon. If you're near a salt water area you might want to get the stainless steel version, which of course is better at resisting corrosion.
