I had a similar roller track on an old office desk I used to own. What I did was reuse the existing wheel (had to practically tear the desk apart inside to find them) and re-attach them with a cowling fastener like the 33-204. Take a look at the 33-204 and see if the size matches up to yours. Also take a look at the 32-039 wheel see if you can adapt it were you are missing wheels. As for the desk divider, I don't think that is something we can provide. You might have to check out some old office furniture companies to find it, along with that keeper you mention.
