Step Down Bit

I bought the 75-503 step down bit to use with the 70-008 plunger pins. When I drilled the hole and went to install the plunger pin, the pin when all the way through the hole.

Is this correct? From the video, the metal head of the pin and the spring should not have gone through the hole.

It looks like you may have drilled too far. You only drill through the metal until you cut through. There should be a large hole on the outside of the screen frame and small hole on the inside.
