Sterling closet door guide

hi there, I need a replacement for teh attached pictured closet door guide. It has a "Sterling" logo, but no other identifiers. House was built in '81, this is probably original. I need 4-5 of these?

I personally like the 23-200 a lot, since it can adjust to fit your application. But look them over and let me know what you think.
