Sterling closet hanger too big

i tried your

i'm afraid i've got bad news
it doesn't fit but soooo close.
everything but the wheel size is correct
wheel should be 3/4 not 7/8

my father used to sell sterling for very long time and we know now that it's supposed to have the smaller wheel size.

Sorry to hear about the part not working out for you. We do still offer some Sterling rollers assemblies with a 3/4" wheel. Look at our 23-011 and 23-012 door roller. Could you use these parts as a replacement? Get back to us and let us know.
