Stillwell broken Doublr Hung Window Balance

A quick learner from ORIENT Ohio says:

I believe the windows are vintage 2001 Norco. Provided pics of balance model and type of lift lock??. They are tilt in top and bottom.

Thanks for posting. I'm pretty confident we can replace these balances for you, but I'd like to make sure we recommend the right replacement first. Can you remove the balance from the window and show us a close-up picture of the bottom attachment as well as any top attachment if it's there? Can you also give us the exact weight of the window sash? From there, we'll do our best to match a proper replacement for you. For the pivot bars, take a look at our 26-150. Let us know if you think these match what you need.

Here are the pics I think you need. Note the weights on the paper in the pic. Let me know if you need more.
Thanks very much.

This looks like our Series 751 channel balance. Look it over and let me know if you agree. Please note that this has a ribbed metal channel, so you should confirm that this matches your style.

Yours also appears to have an S clip at the top, but this is sold separately. See our 19-029 and 19-030, which are the two different sizes we have. You could also just reuse your originals.
