Stops windows from opening fully

Question

These little tabs are on the sides of the upper window and when pulled out, they block the lower window from being opened fully. 2-3 of mine broke and I want to see if they can be replaced.

This sounds like a vent latch or sash stop. There's a few different kinds that you can view on this page here. You'll need to remove your old hardware to confirm if any of these are a match.
