Store front commercial door hinges

Question

I'm looking for some replacement hinges for a storefront commercial door on a restaurant. The door is a PGT door. Approx 36" x 84"
It has an upper, middle and bottom hinge. The hinges are broken and the door is stuck closed, so I can't get it open until I have the new hinges

Hi Tom,

Take a look at the top and bottom pivot set 79-132 used on the YKK doors. As for that center pivot take a look at the 79-129 and the 79-130 to see if either of these will fit you door.
