Question

I do not know the make of this door. I've purchased 2 or 3 types I can't seem to find the correct one

Hello,

I'm not sure if you have a left-hand or right-hand commercial door. With that being said, yours appears to be the top pivot used on either the left-hand 79-125 or right-hand 79-126 pivot sets. These pivot sets were used on Amarlite commercial doors. Check the door for a name tag on the door. Take a look at the suggested hardware along with the related video shown on this page.
