Storm Door 2 Piece Brass Handle

Question

I am having a difficult time finding a replacement handle for my storm door. The current handle will no longer hold - the 2 pieces separate when pulled with moderate force. It looks like the section on 1 piece that "catches" the small screw from the other piece is worn down, hence the need to replace. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, there are no markings on the door or handle that indicate manufacturer.
