Good afternoon. It's hard to tell what will work without knowing what was installed originally, but see our 40-057 and let me know if this can work for you. This has 1-3/4" lock holes and the 7-1/2" bottom hole for the handle. You could also consider our 40-034, but it will require you to drill a new bottom hole for the handle.
