Storm Door Hardware Replacement

Question

I?m looking to replace the hardware for my storm door. There was no key when I bought the house and recently the handles fell off. Length is a little over 7 in for the plate and 6.5 between screws, same both inside and out. The side plate is 7.5

This is an old Emtek handle that is no longer made. I recommend something like our modern 40-049. Look it over and let me know what you think.
