The only replacement hinge we carry is the 40-153 from Larson. I'm not sure if it will match your dimensions. If you can straighten out your existing hinge, you might just need the 40-165 hinge pin kit to make a repair. Honestly, most doors with these hinges are throwaway doors; the manufacturer intended for them to be replaced rather than repaired.
