I need theses hinges for a storm door. Sizing 3 1/8" long 3/4" wide without cylinder shape.

Unfortunately, we do not have a replacement for this hinge. The only thing I can recommend is looking at our 40-165 hinge repair kit to see if you could use this to fix your existing hinge. I'm sorry we couldn't offer an easier solution.
