Hello,
Unforutnately, we do not carry the storm door hinge shown in your photos. The only part that we offer would be the 40-165 repair kit, but I'm not confident that it would work for your application. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
