Cmech stamp found on the dead bolt otherwise no markings. The Storm Door latch is broken and needs to be replaced. The rest of the hardware is okay and working.
The spindle is 5/16" and the hole spacing is 1 3/4".

Hello!
It sounds like you need a new inside latch. The 40-150 is similar with 1-3/4" installation hole center spacing. It also features a removable spindle insert. Without the insert, it can work on 5/16" spindles. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
