Storm Door Latch EMTEK 322

Dear Madams/Sirs:

I am looking for a replacement latch set for my storm door which was installed in 1998.

The door is Cole Sewell Registration Number 03319890035 490, the latch assembly is EMTEK 322.

I am interested is finding a new latch set that would be a direct replacement. Your assistance is appreciated.

Hey Peter. Cole Sewell is no longer in business, and this exact handle set is no longer made. Many of our customers have found the 40-049 Lockset can work as a substitute. Review the dimensions below and see if you think this could work for your door.
